It is durably waterproof, very breathable, & available in 3 layers or 2 layers. As an indication, rain rarely exceeds 2000 Schmerber & it is considered that on a motorbike riding in the rain at 130 km/h (80mph), the water pressure can reach about 8000 Schmerber.
