The STELLAR is the New Generation full face helmet by Suomy, made in ADT-Advanced thermoplastic. The dynamic and performance shape is designed and developed in a wind tunnel to have the best performance in terms of comfort while riding. The Interior is produced with the best technologies to guarantee reliability and comfort for all bikers, while typical riders need combined touring-racing features to create a concentrate of technical solutions, suitable for all routes. system Weight: 1500 gr. ± 50 gr. Homologation ECE 22.05 Shell The shell is made in ADT-Advanced, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to impact. To satisfy even the most exigent customers, STELLAR is produced in two different shell sizes: M and L. Protective Polystyrene The internal polystyrene liner is built in two sizes (M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact. Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power. A variable density of the polystyrene allows the optimization of the mechanical performance
of the shell/polystyrene, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet. Visor The wide vision optical class 1visor is PC injected, anti-scratch treated, with variable thickness. The mechanism is designed for a solid assembly with the visor and an easy removal system without the use of tools. Pinlock The internal Maxi Vision lens provides an effective anti-fog protection and a wide vision field in the most critical conditions. Sun visor Internal sun visor that can be operated from the outside and functions as sunglasses. Ventilation Internal polystyrene was designed to work in symbiosis with the air intake in the external shell. Particular channels, obtained in the polystyrene, allow an optimized airflow and ventilation into the helmet and a quick exhaust of the
hot air. Air Vents: Effective top and chin vents, rear exhaust port Channeled EPS: Canalization of the inner shell to guarantee the maximum heat dissipation Breath Deflector: An optional tool that help to prevent fogging of the face shield Chin Curtain: To ensure a better insulation from the air and noise from the bottom of the helmet Interior The cheek pads and the inner lining can be removed, washed and replaced.
