Suomy Mr Jump Unleashed, Cross Helmet
MR JUMP, a well-known name among fans of motocross and of all having a favor for mud, sand and jumps. A tri-composite fiber shell as strong as light, available in three different EPS sizes and with modular cheek pads, this helmet gives every off-road rider the chance to find the right comfort, the essential feature necessary to face the off-road activity with the required concentration. Homologation ECE 22-05 Shell The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that allows to obtain a lighter shell but at the same time harder and more protective. The new composite is a mixture of carbon with different weight/breaking loads linked up with aramid resins that ensure a light shell but much more resistant to impacts. To satisfy even the most exigent customers, SPEEDSTAR is produced in two different shell sizes: M and L. Protective Polystyrene Internal Polystyrene liner is realized in three sizes (S, M and L) to obtain a better ergonomics and a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual and progressive absorption
of the power produced by the impact. Even if the bigger part of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the external shell, thanks to its deformation, the role of Polystyrene is crucial for the absorption of the residual power. A different density of the polystyrene allows to optimize the mechanical performance of the shell-polystyrene, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the helmet. Ventilation The air intakes were designed to improve the internal comfort. The airflow is channeled by 4 front intakes, protected by a metal grid. The Internal polystyrene was designed to work in symbiosis with the air intakes in the external shell. Particular channels obtained in the polystyrene, permit an optimized airflow and a quick exhaust of the hot air. Air Vents:
Effective top and chin vents, rear exhaust port Channeled EPS: Canalization of the inner shell to guarantee the maximum heat transport Interior Cheek pads and inner liner can be removed, washed and replaced. The inner lining is made of a fine stretch fabric: High resistance to abrasion Sweat Absorption Antibacterial Treatment Keep fresh and dry Light fabric, soft and breathable Retention system Retention system with light alloy ”Double D-Ring”. Peak The peak has an elongated, protective profile and is easily adjustable to multiple positions without using tools. Mask fit The perimeter of the window is designed to offer a wide view and provides a comfortable housing for the most different types of motocross goggles.
