Except now it features PWRRipstop fabric in the shoulder, elbow and underarm areas, and a 600-denier polyester shell that fits well and more than holds up to bad weather. Change of seasons With the Voltiac 3 H2O, the weather can never surprise you. The hydratexSphere mesh G-liner is waterproof yet breathable. The thermal lining keeps you warm in most seasons, while two sealed ventilation zippers prevent water from entering and can be opened along the entire length of the chest to provide you with fresh air when needed.
