Neoprene Neoprene is a synthetic rubber used for protective clothing. It is abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, waterproof, somewhat stretchy and buoyant. PWRShell Ripstop Stretch Because of its special ripstop weave, durability and abrasion resistance are among the special characteristics of PWRShell.
