Premier Genius U, Flip Up Helmet
Genius is part of the new generation of flip up helmets. Designed and manufactured by the R & D center of Premier, this flip up stands out for its sleek and aerodynamic shell and for its extreme capabilities. It s a helmet designed for use at 360 degrees and can therefore be used both in urban traffic and on long trips. The external shell is molded with thermoplastic material with high resistance to impacts, the aerodynamic shape, smooth and without the possibility to create noise and turbulence, makes this flip up one of the most silent of the market. The internal shell is molded in eps with differentiate density and in two different sizes, to guarantee the best absorption of the energy caused by an impact. The practical mechanism to open and close the chin-guard is operated with a
single button, located at the bottom of the chin guard, easy to use even with gloves. The internal air system is composed of one adjustable air vent on the top part of the shell and one air vent on the central part of the chin bar. Fresh air enters through these two air intakes and exits through the rear adjustable air extractor. A continue circulation of air that keeps fresh the inside of the helmets. The new visor mechanism is simple and functional, and does not require the use of tools to remove or fix the external visor. The visor includes a scratch-resistant system and is moulded in polycarbonate and it is suitable for use with Pinlock®. The practical internal scratch-resistant sun shield is easily activated with a switch, positioned on the lower left of the helmet. The retention
system is equipped with a practical quick release buckle for micrometric adjustment. The convenient wind stop and removable nose guard complete the features of this helmet, which is also suitable for use with the main Bluetooth intercommunication systems.
