Thanks to the many hours dedicated to aerodynamic studies & wind tunnel tests, the special shape of the Y.100 allows for a relatively lightweight helmet with a sporty design that optimizes both stability & soundproofing at high speed. The 3D molded lining is fully removable & washable, sweat-repellent & anti-allergic. The thick neck roll is also removable & washable & prevents air from penetrating under the helmet. The large upper ventilation opening & the extremely efficient chin ventilation system allow a large amount of cool air to enter the helmet. The two-layer EPS liner in turn contains an innovative air chamber, which enables a truly breathable helmet with optimum exchange of warm, moist air with incoming cool, fresh air. The Y.100 eye cut-out is particularly wide & offers an increased feeling of openness inside the helmet, a feeling of freedom, ideal for all urban conditions. The visor is scratch-resistant & designed for use with an anti-fog Pinlock lens. Features a tinted inner sun visor, operable with a simple button mechanism. The X-Swift quick-release mechanism allows the visor to be changed extremely easily & quickly (less than 8 seconds) without tools. The Y.100 is prepared as standard for the NEXX Helmets X-COM3 system, which was developed in collaboration with the renowned Bluetooth specialist SENA. The X-COM3 is a Bluetooth 5.2 stereo headset with long-range Bluetooth intercom designed specifically for motorcyclists who prefer a smaller form factor to maximize their riding performance while retaining the extensive features of Bluetooth intercom. With the X-COM3, they can make calls through their cell phone s Bluetooth application without using their hands, as well as listen to stereo music or GPS navigation voice prompts via Bluetooth.
