Shell Shell produced in ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a mix of thermoplastic resins with high resistance to crashes. FALCON 2 has one shell. Protectiv polystyrene Internal polystyrene realized in two sizes (M & L) to obtain a better ergonomics & a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual & progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Visor Visiera del FALCON 2 visor, flat visor, derivated from Racing allows a better antifog lens housing (lens not included), the visor is made from PC, with antiscratch treatment & UV protection The system of hooks to the helmet & rotation QVC allow the visor removal without tools. Sun Visor FALCON 2 is equipped of Sun-Protector, a sun protection, which is easily used with the left h&. Ventilation The air that enters the ventilations is guided by the inner polystyrene in order to optimize the flow & ease the hot air removal from the back ventilations. Particular channelings obtained on polystyrene, permit to air flow intake an optimal ventilation into the helmet & a quickly exhaust of the hot air. Lining REM-Pad. The cheek pads & the internal comfort shell can be removed, washed & replaced. They are made from soft breathable bielastic fabric with synthetic fibers, that offer a high sweat absorption & keep fresh & dry. The cheek pads are easily removable, there are available cheek pads with different thickness. Retention System QRM-micrometric. The retention system is equipped of micrometric buckle.
