Innovative bolt-on rear fender pack for rally or adventure riding. 100% waterproof bolt-on waterproof fender pack made from 1000D Cordura. 2.5L (150 cu in) capacity – ideal for safety equipment, small tools, dry gloves etc. Innovative ‘flush’ alloy fasteners included (see fitting). Ultra-tough Rhinotek fabric on base with 4 x heavy-duty rivets. All fasteners for dirtbike fender are included (see fitting). Pack also has removable (hook & loop) waterproof liner for cleaning or replacement. Remove the white liner (hook & loop, top edge) & remove the bag from the packaging. Included with the Rally pack are 4 x alloy/stainless fasteners with nylon spacer washers. The product packaging is designed to used as a drilling guide. Line up the guide on the rear fender & drill 4 x 6mm diameter holes. Use the optional nylon washers to ensure that the threaded fastener is below the top surface of the alloy fastener (prevents damage to the internal waterproof liner/foam). Tighten anti-clockwise & always use thread lock. Allow 24 hours to dry.
