We designed a detachable membrane, which can be worn under or over the main garment. Just detach the Membrane liner from the garment & put it back on over your jacket or trousers. Highlights The Gore-Tex membrane can be worn over or under the base garment. Base garment stays dry & clean when worn over it. Body does not cool down while wearing underneath. Best possible ventilation when wearing without membrane. Membrane jacket & pants can also be used separately as leisure wear. That s the technology The Gore Tex membrane is worn in the basic position under the base garment. As jacket or pants it is firmly attached to the base garment by means of zips & push-buttons. In this position, the membrane serves as a windbreak & warms the body. Ideal for dry, cool or changeable conditions. Access to all external & internal pockets is possible without restriction. In case of prolonged or heavy rain, the Gore Tex inner jacket & pants are removed from the base garment & pulled quickly & easily over the base garment. As a result, the base garment remains dry & clean & the body does not cool down. If the conditions are dry & warm, the membrane is not worn. Inner jacket & pants are carried separately. The body is optimally ventilated & cooled by the airstream. In addition, the weight of the clothing is reduced & the wearing comfort increased. Off the road, membrane jacket & pants can also be perfectly worn as functional leisure & / or rainwear. This reduces additional luggage on tour. The Clip-in Technology The full flexibility & functionality in every situation. Wearing the same apparel on hot summer days as in the transition period with single-digit temperatures? No problem with the Held Clip-in technology. All Held jackets & trousers, which are equipped with the Clip-in feature can be retrofitted & upgraded with Held Clip-in products. On the specially colored fixation loops, the Clip-in products are installed by press-studs into the outer shell.
