One pair of side cases Monokey® Trekker Alaska made from natural aluminium, 36 L, with keys that lock together & a third cylinder that can be mounted on a top case. Also available in the Black Line version. The MONOKEY® fastening system allows opening & releasing from the frame with the same key & a single lock. The cases are compatible with the round tube side racks PL_ _ _, PLR_ _ _, PLO_ _ _, PLOR_ _ _. The Trekker Alaska side panniers in aluminium are entirely manufactured in Italy & feature a new & patented design. Features 374 mm x 260 mm x 562 mm Volume 36 litres Max. Payload 10kg All materials used meet the highest quality standards: Natural aluminium with mechanical treatment, hinges in stainless steel & profiles & belt loops in reinforced technopolymer. The cases are released from the side frame by turning an external knob equipped with a cable system (patent pending) located directly under the security lock. However, it is not necessary to turn the knob to lock the case in place. Easy loading: The Trekker Alaska is equipped with a hook system (patent pending) that allows it to be tilted without completely detaching it from the support frame. This mechanical system has been specially designed to prevent the cases from accidentally falling & to facilitate the loading & unloading phases even when there is a very bulky top case that could restrict access & opening of the lid. Thanks to the strength & shape of the rotating hinge, the lid can be opened completely without the use of straps or cables that could cause the "guillotine" effect. Ergonomic handle integrated into the lid s rotating hinge, located on the opposite side of the case opening & release mechanism.
