The Zaca Air Jacket is an ideal fabric jacket for road and sport riders looking for a stylish, warm and adaptable jacket that performs well in cooler and/or wet weather. The unique combination of 3D mesh with mechanical stretch, 450D polyfabric reinforcements and stretch softshell inserts provides premium breathability throughout the chest, back and inner arms. The 3D mesh fabric has been combined with 450D polyfabric on the outer arms, shoulders and sides, ensuring abrasion resistance to certification standards. Incorporated stretch softshell inserts in the chest area, as well as on the shoulder blades and in the rider s collar area, ensure perfect fit with the Tech-Air® 5 airbag system and provide a high degree of range of motion and freedom. For added protection, the Zaca Air
jacket features external DFS Lite shoulder sliders as well as Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 armor on the shoulders, elbows and forearms. Inside the jacket is a removable 2L waterproof liner that can be used as an additional windbreaker in cooler weather, and is especially handy for riders caught in the rain. The removable hood features an air vent at the top that allows air to flow through, preventing the hood from filling with air and flapping around while riding.
