Internally, the Hyde XT has a detachable armored inner mesh jacket which is zippered in with Nucleon Flex Plus Level 1 rated armor. Since the Hyde XT has a heavier focus & potential for off-road riding, the inner mesh jacket is designed to keep the armor close to the rider’s body for ultimate comfort & protection, eliminating any movement restriction linked to the outer shell & armor interaction when muscling a bike off-road. The inner armored mesh jacket is also completely upgradeable to level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro armor & is Tech-Air® ready to accommodate the Tech-Air® 5 or in the future, the Tech-Air® Off-Road System (when the product becomes available) for the ultimate in rider protection.
