The hard shell body of the jacket is constructed with a comfortable yet flexible waterproof stretch Ripstop fabric. Rugged CORDURA® Ripstop fabric is used at the shoulders and arms for increased abrasion resistance and durability. SEESMART™ Level 1 protectors provide protection to the rider at the shoulders and elbows. That said, its armor can also easily be *upgraded by wearing the Proteus protector jacket under the Element. In higher temperatures, airflow is created by opening the ventilation zippers at the lower and upper arms. The zippers of the front and rear
pockets allow warm air to escape from the jacket and offer plenty of storage options to bring along all the items needed for the journey.
