Skyhawk is the last generation off-road Helmet by KYT, made from TRI-fiber composite, in a dynamic & performing shape. The helmet was developed & optimized on the most famous tracks of MX World championship. The performance was raised to the highest level to satisfy the needs of the most demanding riders. Protection, ergonomics, weight & ventilation are the result of extensive research & on-track tests with the best riders. Homologation ECE 22-05 Shell Shell made from TRI-Fiber composite to get a lighter but more protective shell. The outer shell, made from TRICARBOCO fiber, a mix of kevlar, carbon & fiberglass with different weights/breaking rates, with aramid resin to ensure a lighter, harder & more impact resistant shell. Sizes: M & L. Protective Polystyrene Internal polystyrene liner built in two sizes (M & L) to obtain a better ergonomics & a variable density. This characteristic allows a gradual & progressive absorption of the energy produced by the impact. Ventilation The air intakes are designed to increase internal comfort, the air-flow is channeled through 4 large front vents, protected by solid metal meshes. The internal polystyrene protection & comfort liners have been optimized to work in symbiosis with the large air intakes. Interior Inner liner & cheek pads are removable, washable & replaceable.
